WEAR & TEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT

Total Image Protection’s WEAR & TEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT provides cosmetic repair and maintenance for new and pre‐owned vehicles for a term of 3, 4, or 5 years WHILE you drive your vehicle, NOT during the lease end, helping to keep your investment in excellent condition while maintaining a high resale value. The WEAR & TEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT may be sold on vehicles that are leased or financed on a residual basis and/or on New & Used Sales. New vehicles must have less than 40,000 odometer miles at time of sale. Used vehicles must have less than 70,000 odometer miles at time of sale.

Coverage benefits include:

• Scuffed bumpers: front and rear, up to 12” long
• Minor dings: on all vertical exterior painted sheet metal panels up to 4” in diameter
• Small exterior metal creases: up to 4” long and ¼” deep
• Interior Plastic damage: Cracks and gouges in dash and armrests up to 4” long
• Cigarette burns: damage to cloth, leather, and vinyl up to ½” in diameter
• Upholstery rips and tears: up to 3” by ¼” wide cuts
• Stone chips and scratches: “Sprayless” touch‐up on chips up to ¼” in diameter and scratches less than 6” in length
• Alloy wheel repair: resurface and finish scratches and abrasions on factory alloy wheels, brushed or painted. Excludes chrome wheels.

All covered benefits are allowed a maximum of 5 claims per item listed each year of your agreed terms. The WEAR & TEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT is fully transferable. For more information, contact your DYNAMIC AUTO IMAGES sales director.

Scotchgard also reduces exposure to the sun’s UV rays‚ which can cause vinyl dashboard cracks and upholstery discoloration. On the outside‚ Scotchgard protects against blemishes from rock chips‚ tree sap‚ bird droppings and acid rain. All of which help your customers get top‐dollar on a trade‐in. Additionally‚ this service guards the inside and outside of the car for up to five years.

• Product won’t alter the appearance of the fabric.

3M Scotchgard™ Carpet Protector – HELPS TO RESIST CARPET STAINS

• Helps prevent mud‚ dirt‚ slush and grease from being immediately absorbed into carpet fibers.
• Makes messes easy to clean up, before stains settle in.
• Discourages stains.

3M Scotchgard™ Paint Protector – HELPS THE DURABILITY OF YOUR VEHICLE’S EXTERIOR FINISH

• Creates a chemical bond that helps protect paint surfaces from bugs‚ tree sap‚ bird droppings‚ etc.
• Treated finish helps resist weather‐induced fading, paint oxidation and loss of glossy factory finish.

3M Scotchgard™ Vehicle Protection Package No‐Fault Warranty

For SPECIFIED years after the Product Installation date, 3M offers the Customer the following benefits for their Vehicle:

Scotchgard™ Fabric and Upholstery Protector: For New (5 YEARS), Certified Pre‐Owned (3 YEARS), and Used Vehicles (3 YEARS), if the vehicle fabric covered seats become stained by a water‐based or oil‐based liquid, 3M will hire the Seller or a third party service provider to clean or repair the vehicle seat that has been affected and reapply Scotchgard™ Fabric and Upholstery Protector. If this does not cure the problem, then for New and Certified Pre‐ Owned Vehicles only, 3M will work with an approved fabric cleaning expert to cure the problem, including replacing the affected area if necessary.

Scotchgard™ Carpet Protector: For New (5 YEARS), Certified Pre‐Owned (3 YEARS), and Used Vehicles (3 YEARS), if the vehicle carpets become stained by a water‐based or oil‐based liquid, 3M will hire the Seller or a third party service provider to clean or repair the carpet that has been affected and reapply Scotchgard™ Carpet Protector. If this does not cure the problem, then for New and Certified Pre‐Owned Vehicles only, 3M will work with an approved carpet cleaning expert to cure the problem, including replacing the affected area if necessary.

Scotchgard™ Leather and Vinyl Protector: For New (5 YEARS), Certified Pre‐Owned (3 YEARS), and Used Vehicles (3 YEARS), if the vehicle leather covered seats, leather covered interior surfaces or vinyl covered interior surfaces crack or fade, or become stained by a water‐based or oil‐based liquid, then 3M will hire the Seller or a third party service provider to clean or repair the vehicle seat or other surface that has stained, cracked or faded and reapply Scotchgard™ Leather and Vinyl Protector. If this does not cure the problem, then for New and Certified Pre‐Owned Vehicles only, 3M will work with an approved vinyl and leather cleaning expert to cure the problem, including replacing the affected area if necessary.

Scotchgard™ Paint Protector: For New (5 YEARS), Certified Pre‐Owned (3 YEARS), and Used Vehicles (3 YEARS), if the vehicle paint is damaged by dirt grime, mud, bugs, bird droppings, tree sap, water spotting, acid rain, industrial fallout or experiences weather‐induced fading, loss of gloss or oxidation, 3M will hire the Seller or a third party service provider to clean or repair the vehicle paint surface that has been affected and reapply Scotchgard™ Paint Protector. If this does not cure the problem, then for New and Certified Pre‐Owned Vehicles only, 3M will work with an approved paint finish expert to cure the problem, including repainting the affected area if necessary.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PACKAGE

Protect the vulnerable high traffic areas of your vehicle from scratches, chips and other accidental damage by installing Dynamic Auto Images ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION PACKAGE on door edges, door cup handles and rear trunk ledges. Increase your current sealant program by making an “intangible item”, “tangible”, by giving it a visible look and feel with Dynamic Auto Images Environment Protection Package. Environment Protection Packages are an inexpensive solution to increase overall gross profit margins and are easy to install with vehicle specific kits installing in less than 10 minutes per vehicle.
